Barrel-aged Raboso, with its dry taste and strong scent of violets and resin, is the wine to enhance the flavours of traditional Northern Italian dishes, from pasta and beans with pork rinds to stuffed goose and lamb.

An excellent wine with a ruby red colour tending towards garnet. Its aroma is intense, spicy, with notes of ripe red fruit and vanilla. It is a dry, full-bodied, rounded and harmonious wine.
